Tasks:
- Robot simulation for common industrial robots (KUKA, FANUC, ABB, etc.)
- Distribution of joining elements in the automated production system (spot / stud welding / clinching / ...)
- Selection of suitable joining equipment for each process robot
- Definition of peripheral components in the system (cable routes, fences, extraction systems, etc.) in coordination with planning engineers, electrical and pneumatics department
- Definition of safe robots within the digital twin
- Elaboration, evaluation and implementation of subsequent / short-term customer changes
Requirements:
- Completed HTL or technical school with a focus on mechanical engineering / automation technology / mechatronics or completed apprenticeship with relevant work experience
- Experience with Process Simulate and DELMIA
- Good German and English skills
- Independent and structured way of working
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to travel (appr. 10%)
Statutory salary details:
For graduates of higher technical school, the gross annual salary according to the collective agreement is from € 46,614.68. The actual salary depends on your professional experience and qualifications and will be determined in a joint interview.
