tasks:
  • Leading the European quality department
  • Monitoring of the entire quality assurance system and all management processes
  • Raising employee awareness for ISO and VDA requirements
  • Creating and maintaining an annual audit plan and conducting internal audits according to certified standards
  • Preparing and participating in external certifica-tion audits and their follow-up
  • Control of KPIs and creation of monthly reports
  • Ensuring that continuous improvement projects are initiated and implemented
requirements:
  • Completed technical education (HTL, FH or uni-versity) with a focus on mechanical engineering, mechatronics or vehicle technology
  • Several years of professional experience, pref-erably in the automotive industry
  • Certification in the field of internal auditing and supplier auditing
  • Knowledge of ISO and VDA required
  • Experience with quality and continuous im-prove-ment tools
  • Very good English skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Teamplayer with hands-on mentality
  • Structured and solution-oriented way of working
  • Willingness to travel
Statutory salary details: For this position we offer a gross annual salary as of € 65,000. The actual salary depends on your qualifications and professional experience.
