tasks:	Conceptual development of HR processes with focus on labor law (contract design, working time models, ...) and their implementation Preparation of company agreements and guidelines in cooperation with the respective departments and the works council Processing current labor law topics Support of the expatriation management Contact person for the business in the respective area of responsibility Participation in various HR projects
requirements:	Completed economics or law studies with a focus on employment and social law Several years of sound practice-oriented work and tax law knowledge Payroll skills of advantage Fluent English skills Very good MS Office knowledge, SAP HCM knowledge of advantage High personal responsibility and enjoyment of doing Structured and solution oriented way of working Teamplayer with hands-on mentality
Statutory salary details:	For this position, we offer an annual gross salary according to the collective agreement starting at € 45,000 (university/university of applied sciences graduates with little professional experience), starting at € 51,000 (university/university of applied sciences graduates with several years of professional experience). The actual salary depends on your professional experience and qualifications.
