tasks:
  • Obtaining quotations and preparing price comparisons
  • Conducting contract negotiations and supplier discussions
  • Processing of orders including control of deadlines, costs and agreed services
  • Independent preparation and conduct of annual price negotiations
  • Handling of complaints and contract changes
  • Supplier management (monitoring of delivery performance, supplier evaluation, auditing, etc.)
  • Maintenance of supplier data in the SAP system
  • Communication or coordination with the respective departments
requirements:
  • Completed commercial or technical education (HAK, HTL, HBWL, FH, Uni)
  • professional experience in purchasing
  • Knowledge of contract law and order processing an advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of SAP of advantage
  • Excellent German and business fluent English skills
  • Assertive personality with good negotiating skills and strategic judgment
  • Structured, independent and result-oriented way of working
Statutory salary details: The collectively agreed annual gross salary for this position is from € 42,255.92. The actual remuneration depends on your professional experience and qualifications and will be determined in a joint discussion.
